Warranty
14-Day Trial Period
From the moment you take delivery, you have 14 days (up to 50 working hours) to put the unit through its paces. If a fault or defect turns up in the engine, transmission, hydraulics, undercarriage, or related electrical components during that window, you're entitled to a full refund — processed within 2–3 hours of your request. (Installation and de-installation costs aren't covered by the refund and remain the buyer's responsibility.)
300-Hour Dealer Warranty
Beyond the trial period, every machine is backed by our dealer warranty: 300 working hours of coverage on the engine, transmission, hydraulics, undercarriage, and any related electrical components — included in the price, no extra cost. Trailers carry a 6-month warranty covering brakes, hydraulics, and suspension.
Title & Condition Guarantees
We guarantee clear legal ownership, freedom from liens or encumbrances (aside from financing security interests until paid in full), and freedom from patent or trademark claims. Every unit is also warranted fit for its ordinary intended use. No other express or implied warranties apply beyond these — though this never limits or replaces any separate warranty from the original manufacturer.
Claims Window
Any claim related to the Goods must be raised within 14 days of delivery, after which the sale is considered final.
